为建立一套完善的售后服务体系和严格的管理制度,以使售后服务工作得到有力保障。公司设售后服务部,对外保证用户的每一个请求均有及时、唯一和有效的响应,对内负责协调内部资源,杜绝一切推诿和延误。公司的售后服务是指公司营销的产品以及项目施工所涉及的产品,包括以下方面:


一、服务响应

1、响应服务的主要内容:

·远地诊断;

·了解问题所在;

·提出解决方案;

·产品使用及操作特性说明;

·技术文件说明;

·协助解决提高性能的要求;

·提供系统性能调整的信息;

·提供待解决问题的状况;

2、服务响应方式

·技术热线电话:本公司技术人员与买方技术人员通过电话沟通解决买家遇到的问题。

·网络服务支持:本公司技术人员与买方技术人员通过微信、QQ、网络邮箱等方式联系并解决买方遇到的问题。

·现场支持服务:本公司技术人员到达买方所在地进行实地解决问题,并帮助买方技术人员学习并掌握遇到该种问题时的解决方法。

3、响应时间:

为保证用户的真空镀膜机良好运行,以保护用户的投资,公司承诺:卖方收到买方通知后,在通过技术热线电话和网络服务支持不能解决买方问题后, 24小时内到达设备现场进行技术服务。



二、免费的技术培训

  我方将安排在验收前对用户的工作人员进行免费培训,使其掌握真空镀膜机的维护、保养方法及注意事项。同时应使工作人员掌握操作方法、掌握操作界面各个按键的含义、掌握显示屏上显示内容的含义。对用户的工作人员进行所有设备的测试操作和维修方面的培训。人员的培训包括讲课操作示范、参观和其他必要指导,以保证用户的工作人员能对所有装置的特性、结构操作要求和维修要求获得全面得了解和掌握,提高从业人员的整体素质。


三、全面维护服务 

     全面维护为我公司为最终用户提供的一项增值服务,通过全面维护,让旧设备基本恢复到新设备的性能,能够保证设备长时间稳定运行,解决客户的后顾之忧。

        建议客户最多2年要做一次设备的全面维护,每次需要约7天(依靠与客户的配合),全面维护的工作范围包括:

        1、更换密封圈,包括:真空室、电弧靶、溅射靶、离子源、阀门、加热器等零件密封圈;
        2、清理清洁:内衬板、挡板、加热器、布气管、泵组、控制柜、电源柜等;
        3、更换耗材:泵油、引弧针、过滤器、绝缘件、轴承、冷却管路等;
        4、仪器校准:真空计、流量计等;
        5、性能测试:设备各个部件、整体运行和真空性能指标正常;

        6、维护报告:给用户出具全面维护保养证明;

The company's after-sales service refers to the products marketed by the company and the products involved in project construction, including the following:

· On-site support services: Our company's technical personnel arrive at the buyer's locations to solve the problem on the spot, and help the buyer's technical staff learn and master the solution to this problem.


3. Response time:


In order to ensure that the user's vacuum coating machine runs well to protect the user's investment, the company promises: After receiving the buyer's notice, the seller can reach the equipment site for technical services within 24 hours after the buyer's problem can be resolved through the technical hotline and network service support .


Free technical training


  We will arrange free training for the staff of the user before acceptance, so that they can master the maintenance, maintenance methods and precautions of the vacuum coating machine. At the same time, the staff should master the operation method, the meaning of each key of the operation interface, and the meaning of the content displayed on the display screen. Train the user's staff in the testing operations and maintenance of all equipment. Staff training includes lectures, demonstrations, visits, and other necessary instructions to ensure that the user's staff can fully understand and grasp the characteristics, structural operation requirements and maintenance requirements of all devices, and improve the overall quality of employees.


Third, comprehensive maintenance services


     Comprehensive maintenance is a value-added service provided by our company for end users. Through comprehensive maintenance, the old equipment can be basically restored to the performance of the new equipment.


        It is recommended that customers do a comprehensive maintenance of the equipment once every 2 years, which takes about 7 days each time (depending on cooperation with the customer). The scope of the comprehensive maintenance includes:


        1. Replace seals, including: vacuum chamber, arc target, sputtering target, ion source, valve, heater and other parts;

        2. Clean up: lining board, baffle, heater, air distribution pipe, pump unit, control cabinet, power cabinet, etc

        3. Replace consumables: pump oil, pilot arc needle, filter, insulation, bearing, cooling pipe, etc.

        4. Instrument calibration: vacuum gauge, flow meter, etc.

        5. Performance test: each component of the equipment, the overall operation and vacuum performance indicators are normal;


        6. Maintenance report: issue a comprehensive maintenance certificate to the user;
